How difficult is it to separate your professional life with what you do in your personal intimate life? Do your fetishes find their way into your real life encounters? If so, does it ever get difficult to separate work from real?

It's not! Work is work. I don't think shoe salesmen have a hard time wearing shoes in their personal life. In fact, I think they would have a better knowledge and comfort with shoes. :)
