Oh my gosh! Both would suck! Hmm....I guess the most beautiful woman on Earth and blind. First of all, I wouldn't know any better and my other senses would work REALLY well. And I could still have sex. And lots of hot people would want to have sex with me because I'd be so beautiful. And people would take care of me because they wouldn't be able to stop looking at me. So it seems like that would be a pretty easy and fun life! Being the smartest person on earth, especially in a wheelchair, would come with a ton of stress and pressures. No thanks.
